Our raw materials are consciously sourced from local community bottle collection or coastal ocean bound bottle collection. These are processed into plastic flakes that we use to make our premium recycled polyester fiberfill, filament and yarns. Through regular audits, we can ensure there is no child labor used for our bottle collection.
Suprelle Blue is made from Ocean Bound Plastic

Suprelle Blue is soft and lofty, with about 15% more loft than standard polyester fiberfill.

Suprelle Haven is made with a special production step that creates a powder fluff down alternative that is cozy, soft and adaptive. It is highly washable with lasting, recycled loft.

Suprelle ReComfort is a revolutionary new fiber innovation by ADVANSA. The first of its kind, this fiberfill is made with a blend of 50% textile flakes and 50% polyester PET bottle flakes.
In 2021, 99% of recycled polyester was made from recycled plastic bottles.
In Europe, 5.8 million tons of textiles are thrown away each year, corresponding to 25 lbs per person. Worldwide, one truckload of textiles ends up in the landfill or is incinerated every second.
Circular Comfort
Suprelle Re-Comfort is made from pre and post-consumer textile waste scraps that are mechanically broken down and then transformed into new polymers for the creation of high-quality fibers that are blended with our recycled PET bottle flakes.
